The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund was initiated on Children's Day (October 1) in the year 2000 by The Straits Times, to heighten public awareness of the plight of children from low-income families who were attending school without proper breakfast, or pocket money to sustain their day in school.

About Us

Misskoh.com is set up to create awareness for “The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund” to help students from low income families who cannot even afford a proper meal during recess.

Want to know how it feels like to be them? Just try going without food from the time you wake up in the morning till 1pm.

You can also help these students by donating your used textbooks to NTUC FairPrice supermarket during the NTUC FairPrice Used Textbooks Project Donation Drive which is usually held in November evey year.

Most of the these students do not have extra revision materials to revise, so we hope you can help by sharing your printouts with them if you know of any such friends in school.

Do let us know of any new initiatives that you think may help these students.

If principals of any schools, do not consent the idea of putting your papers on this site, kindly email us and we will cooperate and act accordingly.
